£800 PCM Fees Info

Please be aware your tenancy may be subject to any of the following fees.

General administration fees

Administration Fees for drawing up Tenancy Agreements for properties under £1500.00 pcm will be subject of an admin fee of £150.00 + VAT

Administration Fees for drawing up Tenancy Agreements for properties under £1500.00 pcm will be subject of an admin fee of £250.00 + VAT

Administration Fees for drawing up Tenancy Agreements for properties over £2500.00 pcm will be subject of an admin fee of £350.00 + VAT

Please note a further administration fee will be charged at the same rate above if you decide to renew you tenancy agreement.

Reference fees £60:00 + VAT per person this checks will include credit checks, employment reference and previous landlord reference.

Guarantor Reference fees £60:00 + VAT per person. This will be charged if the applicants need a guarantor to complete the referencing procedure. 
 
Inventory fees, including check-in and check-out fees the approximate fees are between £180:00 including VAT to £450:00 including VAT. The price all depends on the size of the property you are renting.

Non-returnable holding deposits - We will require a two weeks rent holding deposit on all properties over £1400:00 PCM. Properties under £1400:00 PCM will be subject to a £600:00 holding deposit to be paid. 

Company Lets

Administration Fees for drawing up Tenancy Agreements for properties requiring a company let are subject of an admin fee of £500:00 + VAT

Please note a further administration fee will be charged at the same rate above if you decide to renew you tenancy agreement.

Company Reference Fees are £150:00 + VAT
